Sofia, with 25 years of experience, is a dedicated traveler exploring Greece to study and document its enduring herbs. She began her career in 1995 in a pharmacy laboratory, preparing homeopathic medicines, essential oils, and phytotherapy preparations.
Inspired by the philosophy of aromatic plants for a more natural and balanced lifestyle, and driven by her love for nature, she has expanded her knowledge through extensive education at Dominion Herbal College, Oxford Learning College, and the Tea & Herbal Association of Canada.
With her expertise and commitment to traditional practices, Sofia creates unique botanical blends exclusively for Onar Wellness, inspired by ancient Greek recipes and offering valuable aromatherapy experiences.
